Located in the Fairmont Hotel, this Italian family style restaurant is truly authentic, from the service style and communal dining to their decor featuring parmesan wheels and wood dining tables. And who cooks better veggie dishes than the Italian? Expect Margherita, 5 formaggi, and funghi misti pizzas as well as pizzoccheri and ravioli ricotta e spinaci pastas. Skai is a contemporary fine dining grill-house restaurant located on the 70th floor of the iconic Swissotel The Stamford. They might specialise in meat cuts, but their vegetarian plates have been catching lots of veggies attention. From cauliflower soup and charred baby gem to crispy rye noodles, baby cauliflower with pickled eringi, and more, executive chef Paul Hallet ensured their menu would include something for everyone.
