Lastra Farm Hotel in Wales has joined Dish Cult! These guys are mega passionate about great food and drink, and take pride in creating delicious seasonal dishes and innovative takes on classics using the freshest ingredients and local produce from the local Anglesey larder. Expect locally caught lobster, crab and seafood when the boats land their catch. Meanwhile, behind the bar, you’ll find a great selection of wine and cocktails, alongside a wide range of local craft beer, and cider. Re-vamped and re-opened in 2021, The Spotted Dog in St Albans is the combined efforts of a small group of locals who simply wanted to see their village pub back open so they could enjoy a drink and have some good old fashioned banter!

Throw in one of London’s finest, Mark Jarvis as Exec Chef, add in his protégé, Murry Lane as Head Chef, and voila, you now have a local village pub that serves outstanding food too!

Ably led by General Manager Garry Lewis and his team, The Spotted Dog is a welcome addition to Dish Cult. As well as top notch food, here you’ll also enjoy local beers, excellent wines and outstanding service whilst lapping up the cosy surrounds of a local village pub.

Plus, visiting dogs are made as equally welcome as their two-legged friends are, with water bowls and biscuit treats available in the front bar.

With over 40 years of experience in the food industry, Indus specialises in event catering and authentic Indian restaurants.
Indus was established in 1984 in the city of Sheffield, firstly in Attercliffe and then the famous village of Conisbrough, where one of South Yorkshire’s most striking landmarks still stands, known as the Conisbrough Castle built in the 11th century. The River Indus is the longest river in Pakistan, running from the Himalayas through South East Asia. Considered the lifeline of modern India, this restaurant takes this flow of energy to produce the finest curries cooked with unique spices. Over the years it’s been established and run by ‘Munir Ahmed’ – a father of three sons, one of whom, ‘Nas Ahmed’, now continues to run the establishment.
