Meanwhile, the brand new evening menu at Leonardo Hotels offers an extensive selection of burgers, classic favourites such as non-alcoholic beer battered fish and chips, and lasagne, as well as a choice of nutritious salads. Diners can also order a range of dishes from the menu’s brand new section, The Grill, including a range of steak options and chicken breast. All dishes from The Grill are served with a side of choice, plus a few delicious sauces from the Sauce Shop, with blue cheese and peppercorn sauces available to add as an extra.

If you’re dining here in the evening and have a hunger on, we’d strongly recommend starting with the spicy chicken wings served with a fresh mango, lime and chilli salsa. The kick from the wings is levelled out very nicely with refreshing and tropical salsa. Then for your mains, if you love your grilled meats as much as we do, then it’s got to be a steak. The 8oz ribeye is excellent. UK sourced farm assured, this 28-day aged cut is seasoned well and cooked perfectly to your liking. Served with cherry vine tomatoes, order some chunky chips on the side and your choice of sauce (peppercorn for us please) for a filling meal before you retire for bed… unless you have room for dessert, in which case order the cheesecake and thank us later.

The latest drinks menu, which has also been rolled out across all hotels, features an extensive wine list, craft beers, premium spirits and alcohol-free beverages to cater to all.

Guests looking to relish in a delicious meal from the comfort of their hotel room can browse from the new room service menu, which offers a selection of deli and classic favourites, as well as a variety of drinks. Those that follow a plant-based diet can order the Redefine burger, which comes stacked with all the trimmings and a side of skin on fries.
