Here, you can enjoy the affordable £35 seasonal tasting menu. The most recent Christmas menu includes mouth-watering dishes like the cream of parsnip soup, crispy duck egg and a frangipane and cranberry bakewell, plus coffee and everyone’s festive favourite – mince pies. If you are celebrating a birthday or just feeling fancy, you should head to Panoramic 34, which boasts one of the best views of the stunning Liverpool skyline. They also serve up some of the best tasting menu dishes in the city. To start, you can indulge in some specially selected chef canapes, a selection of bread and butter and amuse bouche. Depending on the season, you will then be treated to dishes like the seared king scallop with avruga caviar and monkfish with green peppercorn and pickled fish egg, which pair perfectly with Panoramic 34’s best wine. You will then end with something sweet, like the tonka bean panna cotta or the crispy peanut with banana sorbet.
