The Bowery x Bushmills to host a whiskey night

The Bowery, located near the top of the bustling Lisburn Road, is no stranger to tasting events often running different occasions throughout the year. On 23rd February however, guests can enjoy a selection of seasonal canapes and four delicious courses, all of which has been expertly created to accompany the multiple pairings of Bushmills servings.

For £50 per person, guests can expect a selection of unique dishes including smoked beef tartare, roast chicken with spiced pineapple and a lamb roast with herb rosti and minted pea puree. On top of a complimentary cocktail on arrival, Bushmills has created three exciting cocktails incorporating their own premium Bushmills spirits to go alongside each menu item, also finishing the evening with a classic Neat Bushmills 10-Year-Old Malt.

Although offering a unique dining experience, especially for those whiskey aficionados, the Bushmills event at The Bowery offers the opportunity to sample a selection of the Irish brand’s world renowned spirits. As well as this the event will be hosted by Bushmills distillery’s master blender Alex Thomas, who will talk guests through each whiskey and distilling process, as well as answering any questions there may be.

The joy of this event is not limited to 23rd of February however, with every ticket including a 10 per cent voucher for Bushmills products in The Bowery’s adjoining off license. After sampling a number of Bushmills products you can visit The Crafty Vinter next door to pick yourself a bottle of your favourite spirit and recreate one of the cocktails at home or for family and friends.

Set inside The Bowery’s intimate and art deco style dining area, this is a wonderful option for a midweek date night or Valentine’s gift, enjoying mouthwatering food and even better whiskey.
