Tempest likes to keep things fresh and local, from its in-house bakery to the bees on the roof producing the honey in its food and cocktails. Not to mention the herb garden on the roof provides the garnishes for its delicious cocktails and food. And if the staff here can’t grow it or make it, they’ll endeavour to source the most local, independent suppliers. If the sun’s out, Tempest offers the best view in town to bask in the glorious sunshine with a birds-eye view of Liverpool (as long as you don’t mind the occasional fuzzy bee!). This place serves giant homemade sandwiches at lunch, as well as small plates and juicy burgers in the evenings. What more could you want?

There’s not one, but three of these fantastic restaurants in Liverpool. Located on Castle Street, Albert Dock and Bold Street, these pizzerias serve fresh Neapolitan pizza, daily. Fun fact: the Castle Street location was the first pizzeria to open in Liverpool city center! All three locations have lovely views, but Castle Street is one of our favourites, especially in the Summer, when we can eat outside al fresco style, Rudy’s has a lovely location next to the City Hall which lights up beautifully as the sun sets.

The menu offers a choice of 14 delicious pizzas plus a great variety of sides. There’s even a selection of homemade desserts such as the classic tiramisu, so make sure you save room!
