Loretta’s is a neighbourhood restaurant situated at Doyles Corner in Phibsborough, owned by Chef Jimmy Wiley and family. The brunch menu is filled with delicious choices, including must-try buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup and smoked bacon. Not one to be missed.

This Galway-based venue is a great place for brunch, not least because of its American style pancakes with either maple syrup and crispy bacon, or wild berry compote. The original Farmer Browns was established in 2011 by sisters Grace and Finnuala with a passion for local produce and homemade goods. Since then they’ve grown this local (and very popular) eatery into a group of pubs, restaurants and farmers markets. The Farmer Pancakes on the weekend menu come as a stack of buttermilk pancakes served with any two toppings of your choice. From strawberry, raspberry or banana, to toasted nuts, maple syrup, Nutella or bacon.

Serving up brunch, lunch and dinner to the Terenure neighbourhood (including doggos), you’re sure to find pancakes on the brunch menu, which is served weekdays til 12pm and weekends til 4pm. You’ll find three seriously yummy pancakes topped with your favourite combos: Nutella and strawberry, or Irish bacon and maple syrup.
The brunch menu at this ever popular venue is available every Saturday 10.30am – 3pm. The menu is divided into three – breakfast, brunch and lunch – and on the breakfast side of the menu waits delicious American pancakes. Made with buttermilk, you can choose to have yours served either with bacon and maple syrup or strawberries and berries with mascarpone cream and maple syrup.
