Celebrate spring and summer at T.T Liquor
With spring finally here, there’s only one place you need to be this season: T.T Liquor Shoreditch. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of the city on the roof terrace, alongside a new, bespoke spring spritz cocktail menu. Did we mention the amazing Neapolitan pizzas, too?
The stunningly designed new terrace was a collaboration between T.T Liquor and award-winning Finnish landscape designer, Taina Suonio. Maximising the 1,000 square metres of space, her world-renowned expertise in creating greener rooftops provides an authentic natural escape from the hustle and bustle of East London. The terrace is also complete with awnings, wind covers and heaters for those chillier evenings.
T.T Liquor is renowned as being a mecca for drinks enthusiasts in Shoreditch, being a multifaceted venue that includes a ground level liquor store and lower-ground Cellar Bar.
The new Spring Spritz menu showcases the likes of:
- Drink to Forget-Me-Not – Blanco Tequila, Blue Curaçao, pink grapefruit soda and Tajín
- Santorini Spritz – El Bandarra White Vermouth, Lemon, Oleo Sacharrum, Three Cents Aegean Tonic
- Where The Buffalo Roam – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Grapefruit Bitters, London Essence White Peach & Jasmine Soda
- The Malachite (non-alc)– Seedlip Garden, Herb Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon, Elderflower and Soda Water
The refreshingly delicious new cocktails are perfectly accompanied by locally sourced charcuterie boards and freshly baked Neapolitan pizzas.
The charcuterie boards are brilliant pairings with the sweeter cocktails, as there’s a nice balance with the saltier, savoury antipasti.
When it comes to the pizzas though, this is where you’ll really salivate. There are some great options on the small but mighty menu, including the hugely tempting White Iverson: White based pizza with Fior Di Latte, Taleggio, Pancetta, Caramelised Onions, Fresh Rocket, and Pecorino.
For the ones who like the classics though, it’s got to be the Sympathy For The Diavola with fresh mozzarella and pepperoni, with just the right level of chillies.
The real winner though is Smoke On The Morta: San Marzano Tomatoes, Fior Di Latte, Scamorza Smoked Cheese, Aubergine, Mortadella, Pistacchio, Parmesan. If you’re sharing with your table you’re going to struggle to let this one go!
When it’s sunny outside, keep T.T Liquor in mind this spring/summer and take advantage of the rooftop terrace. It’s a glorious spot in East London with the right drinks, perfect food, and a buzzing atmosphere with live music weekly.
