Zephyr Charters offers two stylish party boats for hire, the Zephyr Star and MV Zephyr, either individually for smaller parties of 40 or in tandem for larger groups of 70. Think white, provincial decor on a 1960s-era timber boat.
Party-goers can choose from a selection of styling options, including standard florals, personalised florals, and jungle leaves. Otherwise you can just BYO party decorations, by arrangement.
Guests hire the dining furniture (table, chairs, glassware, cutlery and napkins.)

Revellers have several dining options to choose from.
Zephyr Charters offers two different grazing tables, both for 20 to 35 guests, featuring cured meats, and assorted cheeses.
For something a little fancier, diners can enjoy a self-serve drop-off platter of King prawns, Sydney Rock oysters, smoked salmon, and grilled Moroccan chicken.
If you prefer an on-site chef to really make your party a swanky affair, then Canapes by Rukus is the way to go. Choose from the herbed ricotta and fig jam en croute, or the Spanish jamon with red pepper jam. If you prefer seafood, there is raw kingfish tostada or king prawns with a Bloody Mary dressing.
Don’t fancy standing up all night? Then book the sit-down four course menu, with an on-site chef to pamper you and your guests.
No party boat would be complete without drinks, so you can either enjoy Zephyr’s in-house cocktail service, or BYO to save yourself some money.
Zephyr Charters’ biggest claim to fame is that they recently hosted U2 lead-singer Bono and his celebrity chums on one of their party boats.

Scott Robinson, the hospitality entrepreneur who brought us Goodbar, now offers guests impeccable service on this Sydney harbour venue.
Glass Island is open both as a restaurant (with VIP tables available), or can be hired for private get-togethers.
You will find dishes like fried buttermilk chicken, a classic cheeseburger, and salt and pepper squid on the menu, or you can grab the Harvest Board (featuring an assortment of bread, prosciutto, salami, chorizo, crudités, marinated olives, cheeses and a selection of dips) if you are in the mood to share.

Hamptons Sydney is a your cocktail style party boat with a few cool dining options – burgers, dips, and share platters – unless you are booking for a private function, in which case a chef will cater to your guests.
Hamptons Sydney has an extensive cocktail list that features the Côte d’Azur Spritz, made of Belvedere vodka, St Germain, white Vermouth, Cuvée, lemon, and sugar – the perfect sip for a harbour party – and the Manzanilla Spritz with Belvedere Vodka, Triple Sec, Cuvée, lime, cranberry, and pomegranate. Plus there’s wine, beer, and spirits galore if you prefer to keep it simple.

Starship Sydney has it all. From the moment you step onboard, you and your guests will be looked after by the captain, the crew, the chef, and the hospitality staff.
This boat features glass windows that are 3 metres high, a car lift (!), a dance floor, a lounge deck, and multiple bars across three entertainment levels.

Starship Sydney can host 950 guests for cocktails, and 500 seated. The decor for corporate is sleek, and for weddings, lavish.

If you prefer seated dining, one example of a three-course dinner experience is an entree of confit duck leg with celeriac puree, a main course of Petaluma ocean trout, and a raspberry tart with créme fraiche for dessert.
