Every month we're going to be showcasing some of the hottest new menus around the UK and Ireland, where you can book a table with Dish Cult. This is our first month of STARTERS, MAINS AND DESSERTS and features mouthwatering tapas, molecular gastronomy, boozy brunch and the unmissable dishes of "Pasta Man"...

The award-winning DUSK Restaurant in Brentwood, Essex, has reopened following the pandemic lockdown, with a tasting menu of spectacular molecular gastronomy. There will be a choice of 5- and 7-course menus, with vegan and vegetarian options, plus an accompanying speciality tea flight. DUSK’s Executive Head Chef Stephen Gomes made his name winning numerous awards at his former restaurant, Moksh in Cardiff, for visually stunning creations and exquisite flavour fusions. Combining scientific cooking methods with homegrown herbs and local produce, Gomes brings his trademark light theatrical touch to his new tasting menus.
