Dublin restaurant favourite Rustic Stone by Dylan McGrath is back
Top Dublin restaurant Rustic Stone has reopened its doors with a sensational new Asian-inspired menu and a range of tempting cocktails.
Rustic Stone by Dylan McGrath is located on the corner of George’s Street and Wicklow Street, and is known as a go-to spot for top quality dishes and colourful cocktails.
Having taken some time out to design a brand new food menu and a selection of drinks, chef Dylan and his team welcomed diners back to Rustic Stone recently.
The new menu is inspired by seasonality and aims to showcase the finest local produce. The brand new a la carte menu features mouthwatering bites and snacks, such as Spicy Edamame, Deep Fried Crispy Pork Skin and Pressed Cucumber.
The brand new menu also includes a range of bao and burgers as well as appetising dishes from the grill, including Glazed Chicken Wings, Cumin Spiced Pork Ribs, Spiced Miso Glazed Lamb Chops and Tandoori Monkfish.
In addition to these tasty new dishes, the restaurant’s bespoke Japanese inspired cocktail bar, Bonsai Bar, is offering up “fresh, modern, inventive cocktails” hand-crafted by expert mixologists.
The cocktail list features some intriguing entries including the Cherry Lady (Disaronno, Maraschino liquor, lemon, blood orange syrup, whites and cherry bitters) and the Forbidden Mango (Captain Morgan rum, Havana especial rum, Amaro Montenegro, pineapple liquor, mango and caramel syrup, lime and tikki bitters).
Bonsai Bar also serves up tasty Japanese gins, whiskies and sakes, which are not to be missed.
