Another Mediterranean-style gem to add to the list! Hooligan Wine is a charming wee wine bar in the West End. Modern and relaxed, Hooligan Wine is a perfect spot to unwind after a chaotic day and just soak into the atmosphere of good vibes and great food. Cool, without being pompous, Hooligan Wine is just that spot!

Seasonal produce is at the forefront of the menu. Expect to see the likes of Cumbrae oysters, monkfish, grilled aubergine, maple and chilli roasted pumpkin, plaice with scallop mousse, tiger prawns, jalapeño sweetcorn fritters, and burnt basque cheesecake. The blueprint for evolving menu, Six by Nico is all about keeping it seasonal. As the name suggests, the menu changes every six weeks, offering a degustation of several courses, each menu is created by Nico Simeone and themed upon a different place or memory.

While it’s hard to say what you may see on the menu during your visit, you can certainly expect a grand dining experience. Previous menu themes have seen themes such as The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Funfair, Once Upon A Time, and The Chippie.
