Every month we'll be pulling together a roundup of some of our favourite new places on Dish Cult where you can start booking tables. This month features lobster in Ireland, espresso martinis in Edinburgh, killer prawns in Manchester and more!

Take in the fantastic views of Aughinish and Galway Bay while surrounded by sea and limestone landscape. Watch as boats come and go from the Pier at New Quay, fishing for the shellfish that can be served straight to your table. Built over 300 years ago to function as a post office and public house the building has remained at the centre of the New Quay community for generations. In recent years an extension was built onto the back opening up some wonderful views of the bay. When visiting the Burren, Linnane’s Lobster Bar is a must for lunch or dinner. They serve food with an emphasis on fresh local produce, sourcing from within the Burren where possible. They’re known for their seafood but can cater for all tastes. Whatever the weather, a trip to the Burren is not complete without a visit to Linnane’s.

Jimmy’s started many moons ago back in 1991 after its prawn loving founder, Jimmy decided to celebrate the prawn. With a basic setup, no funding and a dream, Jimmy opened his first restaurant in JHB, South Africa. Now Jimmy’s is a global franchise. As well as offering world famous prawns, delicious seafood and mouthwatering meat cooked with a secret spice mix, Jimmy’s has a relaxed atmosphere and is excellent value for money.
