COSMO will open in Liverpool ONE later this summer
A new, all-you-can-eat restaurant is opening in Liverpool city centre later this summer, complete with robot waiters! Liverpool ONE is home to an eclectic mix of restaurants, with popular venue COSMO the newest food haunt set to join the ranks. The restaurant is known and loved for offering an authentic taste of popular dishes from across the world.
COSMO will offer its theatrical take on the dining experience at its new Manesty’s Lane site, which will host a talented team of chefs creating more than 100 dishes daily. There’ll be something to suit all cravings, with moreish deli favourites, mouthwatering mains, and a selection of decadent desserts.
It will be the critically acclaimed restaurant group’s 21st site and aims to take the city’s diners on a taste bud trip around the globe, with eight different cuisines to choose from.
Food lovers can indulge in the Chinese World of Asia, Japanese Teppanyaki, Indian House of Spice, and Italian Continental, as well as a tasting kitchen for family favourites, a Mediterranean deli and a carvery. Diners can enjoy unlimited courses for one set price every single day.
Director Kan Koo has been quoted saying: “We’re really excited to be launching COSMO Liverpool as it’s a city that is jam-packed with culture and cuisine. Although we are in our nineteenth year, opening a new site is still such a huge moment for us and we can’t wait to show everyone what we are all about.
“With our impressive range of freshly prepared food available at affordable prices, we’ve made COSMO a place where everyone can enjoy a memorable meal – no matter what the occasion.”
COSMO also boasts first-of-its-kind robot waiters, which are affectionately called Hola and Bella. The duo will be on hand to take orders, clear tables and sing Happy Birthday.
Kan added: “Since opening in 2003, COSMO has continued to expand throughout the UK and Ireland, as our customers embrace global dining and flavours from all corners of the world. From families and foodies to couples on a date night and big groups, COSMO truly does have something for everyone.
“We can’t wait to get the restaurant open, to meet our neighbours, and most importantly, to introduce the foodies of Liverpool to our concept. Watch this space.”
The 300-seat capacity restaurant will create approximately 60 jobs for the region. It is to be based on Manesty’s Lane in Liverpool ONE.
