Why is it a winner?

Lebanese food is some of the tastiest, most comforting food you’re ever likely to encounter. The team behind Vegan Lebanese no doubt had that in mind when they created the Chick’n skewers. Using an organic spelt seitan, a wheat-based protein, they have successfully created more-ish morsels of chick’n with all the flavour you’d expect from the Middle East. Lathered in a special garlic and herb sauce, and then, just to double down on the garlic theme, served with Magic toum, a creamy garlic dip spiked with lemon, this is a trip to Lebanon without leaving Bondi Beach. If you’re a doubter, give it a go, you will not be sorry!

Anything else to know?

Vegan Lebanese also has an online shop where you can buy the Chick’n skewers as well as other menu favourites from Organic hummus to Dark chocolate-coated baklava.
