Belfast's new rooftop bar
After a tragic fire left Belfast’s iconic Bullit Hotel’s rooftop bar burnt beyond repair, the city centre venue quickly got to work and has transformed its top floor into a new and exciting venture called Tetto, opening Friday 14th October.
Tetto, Bullit’s new rooftop garden, bar and restaurant is a complete refresh of what was there before and an exciting new addition to Belfast’s hospitality scene. Described as a bright, modern, design-led rooftop space, Tetto will be open five days a week, making it the hottest new go-to for a casual drink, a bite to eat or a fun night dancing with friends.
Specialising in “fresh local seafood with an Italian accent alongside homemade sourdough pizza”, Tetto is a refreshing new offering, unlike anything else in the city. If visiting for dinner, guests have the choice of tempting small plates and flatbreads or Neapolitan stone-baked pizzas with a range of unique toppings.
What can’t be missed, however, is Tetto’s signature seafood grill, which includes decadent lobster, scallop and prawn plates, all of which have been sourced locally and grilled over open charcoal.
Alternatively, Tetto presents itself as a new laid-back brunch spot with a Mediterranean-inspired menu. Rather than the typical weekend brunch, guests can delight in Italian toast with pancetta and maple, a signature lobster roll or Tetto’s selection of signature sourdough pizzetti. During brunch this city rooftop garden delivers not only classic brunch cocktails that we know and love, but also its own unique creations that are too tempting not to try.
Equally as exciting as the menu is Tetto’s one-of-a-kind location, with the backdrop of Belfast city adding drama to any visit. If you’re planning a weekend visit, you are guaranteed an exciting atmosphere with an energetic, soulful playlist, resident DJs in the garden, as well as vibrant garden parties throughout the year.
Exciting small plates, tasty cocktails, lively atmosphere and unparalleled city centre views. What’s not to love at this new (and soon to be) Belfast staple?
