Some of their flavours include hoisin duck, classic char siu and Xiao Long Bao which is a spicy pork soup but in a filled bao bun. They also have an extensive menu inspired by traditional Chinese Dim Sum to fresh Thai dishes complimented by delicacies from Japan, Korea and further beyond.

Yum Cha is one of the newest additions to Liverpool’s restaurant scene! Yum Cha has earned its place on Lark Lane, an iconic strip of independent restaurants, bars and cafes in South Liverpool. They serve an extensive menu including tasty dim sum, roast meats and big plates.
Included on their menu is a range of Bao Buns including shengjian bao which is pan fried minced pork & prawn baos, served with chinkiang vinegar & finely chopped fresh ginger, char siu bao, har gau bao, the most famous cantonese dumpling with prawn & bamboo shoots in a translucent pastry and a bbq ji bao, a fluffy white bun filled with barbecued chicken – they have many more to choose from including some vegetarian bao bun options.
