New Mediterranean restaurant CAVO has now opened its doors in Central London. The vast, open-plan restaurant can be found at The Outernet, Tottenham Court Road – an immersive entertainment district in the heart of town.
CAVO’s additional outside terrace, set to be one of London’s most glamorous dining locations for 2023, will follow when it opens in spring – offering unrivalled views over bustling Tottenham Court Road and London’s theatre district.

With its genesis firmly rooted in Mediterranean living and cuisine, CAVO is a celebration of everything the sea and the middle of the earth has to offer, taking over the fourth floor of The New Outernet building at Tottenham Court Road.

To get the full culinary odyssey, we recommend the Tasting Menu. Here you’ll begin with wonderful Fine de Claire Oysters; a delightfully moreish Baccala (salted cod mousse, crispy sourdough); and a creative Bigne ou Moules Chous pastry with spicy mussels.
Once you’re done with these excellent appetisers, it’s time for some modern and authentic sharing plates. Here you’ll discover the signature seared scallops in champagne, garlic, chilli and parsley butter; the incredible Tagliolini with wild 36-month aged Parmesan and black truffle; and the refreshingly zingy Red Snapper Tartare with citrus sorbet and chargrilled smoked olive oil.
Next up is an authentic Mediterranean barbecue experience, which stars preferred cuts of meat expertly grilled on a Josper Grill and Spanish coals, adding depths of rich flavours to the dishes. The star is the Pluma Iberico – the most prestigious cut of the Iberico pork – while the Lobster Tail in tomato water and lovage herb oil is a classy finish to such an amazing menu.
Don’t forget the Greek Chips and Pan-Fried Puntarelle as seasonal picks on the side!

London’s booming brunch scene is set to grow even more exciting with the launch of CAVO’s Seafood and Sangria Brunch and outside terrace.
The five course menu features a tartare selection of red snapper, Spanish mackerel and Mazara prawns followed by salt cod croquettes (Baccala Rocher) and octopus stew.
CAVO’s signature seafood platter will follow, featuring lobster tail, fresh oysters, razor clams and mussels.
To finish, guests can try one of CAVO’s signature desserts – a refreshing Apricot Parfait served with josper grilled poached pear.
Launching just in time for summer, CAVO’s open plan and outdoor terrace awaits, where diners can enjoy a sangria brunch in the sunshine with jaw-dropping views of central London.

A succinct selection of classic cocktails with extra Mediterranean flair is the focus on the CAVO drinks list. Aegean Negroni is Cavo’s twist on the classic Negroni, using Raki from Greece and served with oregano oil, or try the Mediterranean Mary (tomato gazpacho, balsamic, cucumber, oregano, anchovy, olive with added depth from Palo Cortado sherry).
Champagnes and a cherry-picked list of wines sourced from around Europe accompany.

CAVO’s unrivalled interiors have been developed by a team of global designers from Italy, Spain and the UK who have worked to recreate the look and feel of everything the Mediterranean has to offer.
This is set to become one of London’s most sought after dining destinations of summer 2023, bringing some of the warmth, tropics and, of course, flavours of the Med into the heart of the capital.
