Head to Liverpool’s No 1 Rooftop Bar for Prime Panoramic Views of LFC’s Victory Parade
Regardless of the Champions League result on the weekend, the famous red bus will be making its way through a sea of red fans on Sunday 29th May to celebrate Liverpool Football Club’s FA Cup and Carabao Cup trophy wins.
Klopp and co will be heading straight off the plane from Paris to the parade, hopefully with a third trophy in tow. They will also be joined by the talented Liverpool women’s team who will celebrate their Championship win. Players and fans will also honour the anniversary of the Heysel Stadium disaster where 39 LFC supporters sadly lost their lives.
The 13.5km victory parade is set to start at 4pm at Allerton Maze, although revellers will start lining up in the early hours to get the perfect spot to honour their heroes. Many are choosing to avoid the crowds and instead opting to seek out hotspots with a prime aerial view of LFC’s winners. Most of these hospitality hotspots are based near The Stand and Blundell Street where the parade will come to an end.
One bar and restaurant that is making the most of the celebrations is Liberté, which was voted Liverpool’s number one rooftop bar. Liberté is hosting an all day party for the Champions League Final on Saturday 28th of May, where you can watch the match on the big screen, followed by Spectrum After Dark – Liberté Champions League Final after party with some of Liverpool’s best DJ’s. There are currently only a few tables left, so try to secure a seat before they are all gone.
The owners are also inviting Liverpool fans – young and old – to join them on the rooftop on the day of the parade, where you can catch the perfect view of the players and the celebrations down below. Liberté is also offering some impressive victory parade drinks packages for £10 per person, which includes everything from a beer bucket to Champagne.
Both events are ticketed, so get them while you can. For a prime spot of the parade, make sure you call or email to book a rooftop table and wear every red item you can find to blend in with the celebratory red sea.
Liverpool fans should leave as early as possible to avoid missing any bookings, as there will be plenty of road closures and delays across the city.
