Good news from Onda, Manchester’s most talked about popup

Onda had planned to be a popup at The New Cross until August, which is why bookings were available for diners to book for these dates. However, demand has been sooo high that the team realised they were going to need a bigger boat – or a bigger restaurant in this case. This is why they’ve been busy behind the scenes searching for a new space.

In the last few weeks, the team has found a site that has got a fully fledged restaurant in, which means they won’t have to install all the bare bones themselves (extraction, kitchen, toilets, plumbing, heating etc, etc), saving themselves a significant amount of money in the process.

So when will this new space be ready? The team’s announced that the new restaurant will be opening its doors to Manchester in May! And if you had a reservation with Onda between the dates mentioned above, you’ll be given the opportunity to book priority space at the new restaurant when it opens. Keep an eye on your emails because you’ll soon be receiving a booking link which will be open to you before anyone else before it goes public.
