Glasgow welcomes Bond Restaurant and Cocktail Bar

Bond is a new Scottish steak and seafood restaurant using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Located in East Kilbride, not only is this Glasgow’s newest destination for amazing steak, it’s also home to some unbeatable cocktails, too.

First and foremost, Bond is all about the steaks. All of the succulent steaks here are supplied by and sourced from the multi award-winning Gilmour Butchers who are renowned for their exceptional cuts. One of the most popular orders already has been the 500g sirloin, which is dry-aged for a minimum of 32 days and expertly grilled to perfection by the talented chef. Another unmissable cut is the succulent 650g, dry-aged Chateaubriand.

Don’t forget to ask your server for the perfect wine pairing to complement your meal as well. The staff at Bond are friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable.

Seafood lovers, make sure you indulge in the “Chef’s Signature Seafood Pasta” – it’s a total knockout and is proving to be extremely popular with guests! The seafood selection on offer has been finely sourced by Bernard Corrigan, who has been serving restaurants and trade in Scotland since 1949. From tasty crab meat to the delicious blackened cod, there’s something sure to satisfy your taste buds.

On Sundays you can also enjoy a traditional Sunday roast at Bond. Choose from succulent roast beef, chicken and a rotating weekly guest meat. Delicious accompaniments include giant Yorkshire puddings, duck fat potatoes, carrot purée, cauliflower cheese and a selection of seasonal vegetables.

You can also make your Sunday roast a shared experience by upgrading to a platter for two or four guests.

The new market menu has been recently launched and is available Monday – Thursday 12pm – 5pm, with two courses for £19.50 or three courses for £24.95. The menu is also available in the evenings Monday – Thursday 5pm – 9pm, as well as Friday – Sunday 12pm – 5pm, which sees diners able to enjoy two courses for £23.95 or three courses for £28.95.

  • Classic Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas and Tartare Sauce
  • 6oz Sirloin Steak with Pepper Sauce, Chips and Rocket Salad
  • Wild Mushroom and Thyme Risotto
