Glaswegians can celebrate the day of love with this new tasty-looking Valentine’s menu from Ziques.
From the makers and bakers of Delizique & Cafezique comes Ziques – celebrating a legacy of good food and fun since 2001. And for 14th February, they’ve announced a cracking new menu.
There’s a mouthwatering choice of starters to begin with, including: roast cauliflower, truffle and toasted walnut; Loch Fyne oysters, gin and cucumber granita; and pan roast pigeon breast, celeriac, pickled shallot and juniper.
Then for mains, we personally LOVE the sound of beef cheek, garlic and rosemary mash with sweetheart cabbage and horseradish crème fraiche!
There’s also a choice of Jerusalem artichoke risotto, tarragon and
smoked sunflower seeds or pan seared salmon, saffron and mussel spaghetti, and fennel, too.
Onto the sweet stuff. Save some room for either chocolate fondant with salted peanut butter ice cream, blood orange cheesecake with caramelised white chocolate, or maple and pecan semifreddo with prosecco rhubarb and basil.
The Valentine’s Day menu is available on 14th February only and costs £30pp for the set menu. This includes a glass of fizz on arrival.
