Where to find Sydney’s best crepes

If you can’t get to some of the best bars in the world, don’t worry because Sydney’s iconic Shell House is bringing them to you.
Melbourne’s much-loved The Everleigh, New York City’s Attaboy and Licorería Limantour from Mexico City are all taking over the bars at Shell House over the next couple of months.

First up is The Everleigh. Michael and Zara Madrusan from the acclaimed Fitzroy bar will bring their team and their renowned way with cocktails to the Clocktower Bar on May 17 and 18 courtesy of Johnny Walker. The pair have learnt from some of the best in the business and this year are celebrating 10 years of turning out swoon worthy drinks of distinction.

From May 24 to May 26, it’s Attaboy’s turn. The New York City bar consistently ranks in the World’s 50 Best Bars list and has a stunning pedigree as its owners Sam Ross and Michael McIlroy are considered something like gods in the spirit and cocktail world. The boys will bring their laid back but considered approach to the Clocktower Bar courtesy of Aviation Gin.

Finally, the bar that was crowned the best in North America in 2021, Licorería Limantour, will call Shell House’s Sky Bar home from June 21 to June 23. The Mexico City bar is known for its serious approach to drinks, but that doesn’t mean they’re not fun and colourful. Their Margarita al Pastor is practically legendary in Mexico City and we can’t wait to try it here. The team at Licorería Limantour will be at Sky Bar thanks to Don Julio.
All drinks will be complemented by a snacks menu courtesy of Shell House Head Chef Aaron Ward and it’s all part of Our House, a two-month long festival at Shell House designed to bring life back to the city.
