Hot Sauce in Te Aro has launched their Bottomless Bao events, happening every Wednesday night. Dine on the pillowy and plentiful bao, handcrafted by Hot Sauce’s culinary maestro Jiwon Do.

Promising to stack your tables with their legendary bao, Hot Sauce invites you and your crew to come hungry and spend your 2-hour session biting down on their variety of buns.

Take your pick from their Lamb Redang, panko crumbed fish, chilli tofu, or Korean fried chicken – though we highly recommend working your way around the flavour rotation to give every one a try.

Setting the scene, enjoy your bao session in Hot Sauce’s electric and intimate vibes. Cocktails are top of the range and flowing, with the tunes adding the final cherry on top of what is set to be a great night.

Hot Sauce’s Bottomless Bao sessions run every Wednesday in October from 5pm till 7pm, at $39pp. Bookings are essential, so don’t miss out!
