Entirely vegan, Fat Kitty combines the ‘east-meets-west’ genre with their Asian-fusion menu to produce something entirely unique, compelling and joyful to really catch the foodie’s eye. The masterminds behind Fat Kitty’s buzzy, welcoming reputation and ingenious menu are Leath and Jarrad Amanono. Their aim is simple but something the culinary industry haven’t seen much before, “we are queer-identifying polyamorous chefs who seek to shake up the industry with some bold ideas,” Amanono explain, who both honour food at the core of their operations and doings. You can guarantee that each dish is presented and made with love and an inclusive philosophy.
