VIP - Very Italian Pizza
cuisinesItalian, Pizza

In the mood for pizza? Say no more. VIP is an authentic pizzeria restaurant offers some pretty dope Neapolitan pizza. But what makes their pizza so good? First, they’re all made with homemade sourdough and cooked in a traditional wood burning pizza oven. But really, the secret to their success is that all the products they’re using come straight from their own farm, from their “fior di late” to their extra virgin olive oil. I mean, isn’t that the coolest thing? Get a slice of the action!

Nestled in the old fishing quarter of the lanes, The Set is a tiny independent restaurant featuring an open kitchen, and that’s honestly what makes this spot so cool. Sit at the bar and enjoy a chat with the chefs as they do their magic. Also, their drinks are a-ma-zing and should not be missed out. 64 degrees’ style of modern dining has become the go to hot spot in town, so if you’re looking for a cool restaurant in Brighton, you might as well book this one.

We’ve been very lucky with the weather so far, and if you’re looking for the best spot to chill out while the sun is still shining, we have one word for you: Murmur. Sister restaurant to 64 degrees, Murmur is an all-day dining restaurant that has been opened and is being run by Great British Menu 2017 winner, Michael Bremner. Their food is great, their wines are delicious, but honestly the best part is their terrace. With 40 covers outside, Murmur’s terrace overlooks the West Pier and the beach – by far our fave spot in town.
