Cafe Parisien reopens its doors
This month Belfast is ready to welcome back one of its most picturesque venues – Cafe Parisian. News that couldn’t come soon enough with Christmas just around the corner.
Closing its doors at the beginning of the pandemic in 2019, it was unclear when locals would be able to enjoy the tastes of Cafe Parisian again – opening only for events in mid 2021. To great relief, the restaurant – located in one of the city’s most historic buildings – announced earlier this month that they would be reopening their doors once again to diners.
Cafe Parisian spans across two floors and is open for food Thursday through Sunday or for private hire. Currently the venue is only opening its ground floor, however upstairs is still available for events and private hire if you’re looking to host an atmospheric get together or an ideally positioned staff party. Although the first floor dining area and terrace may be closed, even downstairs diners can once again enjoy the venue’s contemporary brasserie style menu, classic French cooking and old-meets-new cosmopolitan interior.
Although offering an updated menu, filled with exciting new drinks and a range of seasonal small and large plates, the restaurant has remained true to its style offering classic French dishes with a modern twist.
With a city centre location, Cafe Parisian is an ideal eatery to rest weary legs and fuel up before hitting the shops or for an early dinner before a big festive night out. The reopening of this Galgorm group venue is perfectly timed, acting as the best location to soak up all those joyous Christmas vibes.
