Run by a husband and wife team from Korea, Sollip is one of those hidden gems that adds more diversity and creativity to London’s dining scene. As a result, the menu consists of nine dishes such as toasted barley, roasted potato and burnt hay, or fig leaf crème brûlée that will introduce you to flavours you’ve never come across before. Sollip is a word that means pine needle, which was used to prepare dishes that require the most care, and it’s also the philosophy at the core of this restaurant. You’ll find it in the London Bridge area.
