From a bottomless brunch to a lazy lunch, some of Sydney’s best restaurants have prepared special Mother’s Day menus to give you the opportunity to really spoil her. So book now, before it’s too late!
Give mum the right royal treatment this Mother’s Day at Reign at the QVB.
The Champagne parlour and bar is hosting a five-course shared feast and bottomless brunch. How royally you want to treat mum is up to you as there are three drinks options at three different price points available, from a non-alcoholic sparkling wine option all the way up to a free flow of Perrier Jouet Grand Brut.
Whichever you choose, know that you will be enjoying it all in elegant and ‘gram friendly surrounds, suitable for, well, a queen!
Dish Cult’s top pick: Five-course shared feast and bottomless bubbles ($174 per adult for the Perrier Jouet Grand Brut option)
Glass of wine in one hand, mum can stare out over the blue, blue water of Chowder Bay while enjoying a special three-course lunch in Ripples’ historic marine setting.
The menu has a Modern Australian slant and after starting with handmade focaccia and mixed marinated olives, you can choose from the entrees, mains and desserts. We are going to go for the Cured salmon, followed by the Duck Maryland and then the Passionfruit panna cotta for dessert.
Ripples is also offering breakfast and dinner menus for Mother’s Day so if it suits mum to go early or late, you will be able to accommodate her here.
Dish Cult’s top pick: Three-course Mother’s Day lunch ($125 per adult, $55 per child)
You might not be able to fly mum to Italy this Mother’s Day, but you can give her a classic Italian dining experience at a’Mare.
Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Alessandro Pavoni has put together a Mother’s Day lunch menu that includes the house’s excellent focaccia, scallops served on the half shell, a salad of treccia cheese and semi-dried heirloom tomatoes, Spaghetti alla chitarra a’Mare, Wagyu fillet with porcini mushrooms and Torta mimosa, the traditional Italian Mother’s Day lemon cake, amongst other delights.
What’s left to say but “Buona festa della mamma” (which is Italian for “Happy Mother’s Day,” in case you didn’t guess…)!

If it’s a relaxed meal you think mum would enjoy, head to Bacar Restaurant inside the Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park for the Mother’s Day bottomless lazy lunch or dinner.
Served on a high tea stand, executive chef Marvin Ma has put together a menu including an epic charcuterie platter, Moroccan spiced chicken, slow roasted lamb shoulder, baby gem salad and truffle fries on the side as well as petit fours to finish.
Here’s where the fun starts: you can add a two-hour unlimited beverage package to your meal, including an option that also features cocktails and Champagne. We’ll drink a Chandon garden spritz to that (and you can too)!
Dish Cult’s top pick: Mother’s Day bottomless lazy lunch ($89 per adult, $40 per child under 12). Add a two-hour unlimited drinks package ($35 per adult for beer & sparkling, $50 per adult for beer, sparkling, Champagne & cocktails).
Spectacular ocean views? Beautiful food? A luxurious experience sure to make any mum feel loved? Tick, tick and tick! There really is no better place to celebrate mum than Jonah’s on Whale Beach.
The Sydney institution is offering a three course à la carte menu which comes with a glass of Bollinger Rosé on arrival. Kids don’t miss out either, with their meal complemented by a mocktail.
