Situated on the Tuam Road just on the outskirts of Galway City Centre, this place serves breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Having undergone a huge renovation project, it reopened under its current management team in June 2018. Lead by the Aiden Leonard, the recent winner of the Best Restaurant Manager in Connaught at the Irish Restaurant Awards, the establishment has gone from strength to strength, making it a solid option for all the family.

Donnelly’s of Barna is an old established licensed landmark, and now one of Galway’s finest seafood restaurants. Located just a short journey from Galway City on the picturesque coastal route to Connemara, this charming bar and restaurant is synonymous with catering, tradition and the true spirit of Ireland. The Baked Sea Bass is superb, as is Donnelly’s Fish N Chips. Save room for dessert too, the Strawberry Cheesecake is an absolute winner.
