When looking for the best burgers in Brighton, MEATliquor should be on the very top of your list. After being a total success in London, these guys have decided to open other venues in the UK, including Brighton (we’re so grateful). Their venue is relaxed and original, and their burgers are simply a joy. Expect all kinds of burgers, dips as well as veggie and vegan options. They’ve got a lunch deal at £10 for any burger, fries and unlimited soda during the weekdays. And to all the students out there, enjoy a 25% discount on their entire menu. Great burgers, well-stocked bar, and a chilled-out atmosphere, what else do you need?
In the heart of Brighton’s North Lane, find yourself in a little corner of the Caribbean at Bus Stop. Returning from the warmth of Barbados to the sunny shores of Brighton, this family-run restaurant offers authentic Caribbean cuisine, including pretty dope burgers and lip-smacking cocktails. Try our very favourite, the Bus Stop burger. It’s 8oz of homemade beef burger with plantain, cheddar cheese and bacon, served on a brioche bun with tomato relish – the real deal. Also, their cocktails should not be missed out on!
Located in central Brighton, near London Road, Moksha Caffe is one of our favourite spots for best burgers in Brighton. This independent café is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, and alongside their menu, you’ll find 6 delicious handcrafted burgers, from classic beef to Brighton blue, Monterey jack, mushroom & halloumi burgers. We loved the Tex-Mex burger, made of beef with Monterey Jack cheese, jalapenos, avocado, and tomato salsa with homemade chipotle bbq sauce – YUM.
Situated on Brighton seafront with fantastic views is The New Club, your American institution in town, serving banging burgers for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Their mission is simple: serving ordinary, honest food but using top quality ingredients, making everything from scratch with care, with a creative edge, and with environment-friendly techniques. From double meat to vegetarian and vegan burgers, you’ll be sure to find something for everyone at The New Club. Having a hard time recovering from yesterday’s night out? Have one of their hangover cure beverages, they’re magic.
Located in the Brighton Wheel, officially known as British Airways i360, on Brighton beach, West Beach specialises in fresh seafood and steaks in a designer interior with large-scale pieces by local artists. Their burgers look nothing like your usual cheeseburger, and it’s worth the try! Expect smoked salmon burgers, white fish finger burgers, and grilled halloumi burgers, and many more. Don’t miss out on their desserts menu, their Brighton creme brulee served with burnt salted caramel is too good to be true.
