Located in the heart of Harrogate in between the Montpellier Quarter and thriving Cold Bath Road, William & Victoria has been owned and managed by the Straker family since 1982 with David Straker as front of house for over 28 years. Enjoy a selection of wines by the glass, sample some bar tapas or indulge in the full Yorkshire dining experience in one of our intimate dining rooms or in our newly created outdoor pergola. Our menus are based on British classics with influences from around the world – you'll find something to suit all tastes. We use locally sourced ingredients from Yorkshire farms and reputable local suppliers offering British classics, steaks, seasonal game and delicious fish dishes. Our infamous slow roast lamb Henry is synonymous with William & Victoria! The fixed priced Daily Set Menu offers excellent value and is available at lunchtime and early evening until 6.30pm. Sunday lunch is served 12 until 6pm featuring Sirloin of roast beef and Yorkshire puddings plus lots of W&V favourites. Downstairs has a buzzy bistro-style atmosphere with low ceilings and a bar area flagged with Yorkshire stone and blackboard listing the specials and wines by the glass. Upstairs is more spacious with the allure of Victorian high ceilings and chandeliers, suitable for larger parties and private dining. Outside you'll find our covered pergola armed with heaters and cosy blankets for colder days with a few 'walk in' tables along Cold Bath Road perfect for sunny alfresco dining.
