Our menus are inspired by the pristine waters of the North Pacific and the rich soil of the interior of British Columbia, from where we carefully source our ingredients. Our menus change to reflect ingredients gathered at their peak from our chef’s garden and the locally grown produce arriving at our kitchen door at the height of its seasonality. We support local organic farmers, keep food miles to a minimum to offer menus that reflect a sense of time and place in the South Chilcotin Mountains. Our knowledgeable team will be able to suggest wine pairings for each course which feature among others the best of the Okanagan and Pacific Northwest regions.
