After his passion and talent for food was recognised, he became the Sous Chef at Martin Wisharts Michelin star restaurant at Loch Lomond and the Isle of Eriska Hotel in Argyll. After returning home, he became the head chef at the Cuillin Hills and continues to prepare and serve the freshest produce that Scotland and Skye has to offer.
