Tucked away in the village of Chilcompton, the historic but tired Redan Inn is undergoing something of a transformation. Under new ownership, the Team behind Award winning pub restaurants The Pumphouse in Bristol, and Long Ashton’s The Bird in Hand have renovated and reinterpreted the village local into what will be an exciting and fresh addition to the village.<br/><br/>In keeping with the style that has garnered many awards over the years for both establishments (including Best Restaurant, Best Chef (twice), Outstanding wine list, Bib Gourmands and Two AA rosettes) The Redan has called in two very talented chefs to transform the food offering and to make the most of the amazing local produce on the doorstep. Both Rob and Jack have Michelin experience and have honed their skills at both The Pumphouse and the Bird in Hand under chef Proprietor Toby Gritten. They will be offering both extensive A La Carte menus alongside their hugely popular pub classics
