The Cellar at 24 is a Wine and Tapas bar situated in the beautiful fishing village of Anstruther in Fife. We utilize the plethora of seafood available at our door step and nearby farms. Previously the cellar was a cooperage building barrels for the herring fleet. It was also a smoke house for the fish. When you walk in you certainly feel that energy. The boats mast is actually implanted into the ceiling if you look closely you can see it! <br/>
