We're are a family-run BBQ restaurant and smokehouse, serving up food inspired by South Africa's love of good barbecued food (Braai), that brings people together. At Smoke BBQ Kitchen, it's all about good generous food, and honest, friendly hospitality. Our authentic kiln dried smoked and barbecued food has also taken influences from Southern America’s Low’n Slow cooking methods, which we combine with our love to braai. Our meats are slow cooked in an original wood smoker for up to 12 hours, while mopping for moisture, to be finished off on our bespoke BBQ grill that uses 100% natural lump wood charcoal.
