Located in Bristol’s historic harbourside, Salt & Malt at Cargo is part of a bustling new food hub in the newly regenerated Wapping Wharf. Found on the ground floor of a shipping container complex, Salt & Malt looks out across the famous harbour with cranes, boats and steam trains all in eyeshot and adding to the maritime feel.<br/><br/>Our small but perfectly formed restaurant has had a wee make-over during lockdown, and we have added a British Seafood menu for diners who chose to eat in in the restaurant. The new menu celebrates the fish and shellfish that the British coast has on offer.<br/><br/>The classic Fish & Chip menu is still available too.
