Brasserie Roux by Alain Roux, formerly known as Roux at Skindles,  is a  comfortable, stylish dining room & Cocktail bar with riverside terraces looking out over the River Thames.  The brasserie boasts an open kitchen that allows the chefs to be part of your experience with us. The menu is based on modern classic French brasserie dishes but with some British and some Mediterranean influences.  Children are welcome and can choose from their own imaginative menu.<br/>Our Cocktail Bar with cool vibes & weekly live music nights, serves a kaleidoscope of arty cocktails, craft beers, wines and champagnes.  Brasserie Roux is perfect for a night out, combining comfort, glamour and novelty across our first floor level, with a centre-piece shimmering copper bar, our cocktail bar is one of the coolest spaces to be found outside London.<br/>The Chairman’s Room is to be found on the second floor, an intimate private dining space available for special occasions seating up to 14 guests for lunch, dinner or a small meeting.  We are licensed to conduct wedding ceremonies in the room for up to 20 guests.  Of course, it is possible to hire the whole venue to support your event, on request.<br/>
