Maybe later is a new, independent restaurant on The Shambles, Wetherby. Offering you a short evening menu which changes every month, and a lighter lunchtime menu, both using the freshest seasonal ingredients from Wetherby's high street shops. Inspiration comes from a variety of cuisines and cultures with a strong Italian influence, with dishes designed to pair with the hand selected wine list. There is a classic roast dinner available every Sunday. You can also partake in the traditional Italian aperitivo throughout the day, serving cocktails and spritz with complimentary nibbles, which is the best way to enjoy the outdoor seating area in the summer sun.
