Family-run Southern Italian pasta kitchen and workshop. We do our own pasta by hand just like my nonna used to do. Our sauces are made from scratch with the best ingredients from local independent suppliers, as well as with the ingredients delivered directly from local farmers from my hometown Polignano a Mare.
