Currently listed as a 15th-century, important late-medieval hall-house, it features impressive exposed stonework, colored Tudor tiles, a grand fireplace, and an incredible presence that is sure to take your breath away. Alex’s vision has truly come to life throughout the restaurant with custom-made furniture and bespoke finishing. He is extremely proud to showcase this historic yet modern venue and welcomes all customers to enjoy what we have to offer! Our menus are developed by our Executive Head Chef and his skillful team, who carefully select locally sourced ingredients from reputable suppliers across Wales.
