We use the very best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients that are on our doorstep and conjures the very best of them! All our meat is supplied by R&J Yorkshire's Finest Farmers & Butchers. It is a family run farm and butcherthat farms in Nidderdale since the 1850's, with an informal co-op farmers supplying from across the Yorkshire Dales, Moors and Vales. All the farming is based on a Low and Slow process; Grass fed or free range and using seasonal and contemporary hanging and curing techniques.
