It doesn’t get any simpler than that, simple Italian influenced toppings not too much cheese and plenty of flavour….the Napoli way! 2 Top Quality Ingredients. The double zero flour, sea salt & tomatoes we use are sourced directly from Italy to give our pizzas an authentic Italian taste whilst our Mozzarella, Ricotta & Butter are made fresh in the UK. All our vegetables & meats are bought fresh from local suppliers & are seasonal therefore you might notice a few changes to our menu throughout the year. 3 The Right Oven. In that regard nothing is better than a handmade, traditional, Neapolitan wood fired pizza oven heated by locally sourced sustainable wood. 4 A lot of Passion. We’re lucky to have a genuinely amazing team who bring passion in abundance to everything we do, our Pizzaioli (pizza chefs) have been trained by an Italian World Champion Pizzaiolo to instil that passion further.
