Loved by Roseland locals and visitors, the pub blends its historic character with a renewed energy shaped by the people who brought it back to life.<br/>We reopened in Spring 2026 with a young, dynamic team dedicated to delivering modern, elite Cornish hospitality without losing the laid‑back charm of our sleepy coastal setting. Our kitchen is led by Truro’s Ben Peters, one of Cornwall’s most exciting rising chefs, whose menus champion local produce and celebrate the region’s farmers, growers and day‑boat fishermen.<br/>Front of house is run by a team with decades of combined experience across pubs, restaurants and destination venues. Their focus is simple: warm, confident, genuine service that feels rooted in the village and shaped by the community that owns us.<br/>We support local and independent wherever possible. Our bar features Cornish favourites including Verdant Brewing Co, Skinners Brewery, and Loveday Distillery, alongside a rotating selection of regional beers, spirits and small‑batch producers.
