The Set is an award winning restaurant residing in our new home and first solo site at 9 Preston Road in Brighton. We open Wednesday and serve our M.A.D (midweek-affordable-dinner) with 5.45pm and 8pm sittings available. We then cook or full set menu which is 12-15 servings Thursday, Friday evening at 6pm and Saturday lunch 1pm and dinner at 6pm. We focus on Ingredient-led cooking. We work with British micro-seasonal ingredients, heritage slow-grown vegetables and fruit, sustainable fish and native rare breed meats. We also offer a drinks pairing using wine, sake, beer and homemade ferments and brews. All designed to complement your dishes. Our set menu is priced at £99 per guest. and our M.A.D menu is £45 per guest. . We look forward to welcoming you to the restaurant.
