Tables can be booked in the dining room and the lower bar, dining with dogs is welcomed in the lower bar and the middle bar is a haven for drinks, jokes and tall stories. A family run business with a menu that is constantly evolving, native rare breeds sourced locally feature prominently on the menu and are supplemented by a mix of small artisan suppliers, all lovingly put together by the team of chefs. Sustainability and minimal intervention are key to the kitchens outlook with the aim of being zero waste. Monthly tasting menus and wine evenings are also the order of the day. A quirky drinks line up is led by a 200+ European centric wine list, supported via a Coravin system allowing rare back vintages to be sampled by the glass. Sustainability is again key to the spirits line up which leads to a small but well crafted cocktail list. Local beers are balanced with more world known brand.
