The Espressonist is Docklands' waterfront café, wine bar and events venue — on the Yarra River at 108 River Esplanade, set inside a working art gallery with views straight out over the marina and the city. By day we're Melbourne's Docklands brunch destination: specialty coffee, a proper all-day brunch and lunch menu, and a riverside table worth lingering at. Real chefs, fresh daily, no shortcuts. By night, Wednesday to Saturday, the room becomes FOMO Bar + Grill — our evening wine bar and grill. Modern Australian plates built around the grill, house favourites like our linguini, gnocchi and salmon, a wine list with a point of view, and cocktails as the sun goes down over the water. We also host the good stuff: corporate functions, launches, milestones and weddings on the marina, with the whole gallery to ourselves. Docklands waterfront dining, a few minutes from Marvel Stadium and the CBD — the kind of place you bring people when you want the night to feel like an occasion.
