Reservations are essential and open 21 days in advance.

Pricing may be subject to review at any time, existing bookings may be contacted for necessary adjustments.

A 15% surcharge will apply on public holidays

Cancellation policy

48 hour notice is required for all cancellations, in which case a full refund, minus $10 administrative fee, will apply. A shorter notice period will incur in a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show. Should you require to make changes to your booking, please contact the hotel directly, we may be unable to accommodate last minute requests.

Special Dietary Requirements

All special dietary requirements must be noted at the time of the booking and a minimum of 48 hour notice is required to ensure our kitchen team can cater accordingly. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate last minute requests.

Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer a fully vegan menu.

Please note that our team undergo extensive allergen management training, and are able to manage dietary requirements on most occasions.

However, due to the variety of preparations, and the nature of the ingredients kept on premises, we are not able to completely eliminate the risk of cross contamination.
