You are immersed in a sensual experience of smell, sight, sound, touch and taste, brought to life in an industrious setting of dark undertones lit up by aromatic dishes, moody music and high energy of the team. The daily pace of menu change injects excitement and spice into routine and you make all the decisions about how you spend your time with us. Try our bone marrow with duck ham and miso cooked over a Japanese robata grill and served with soft milk buns perfect for soaking up this smoky unctuous delight.
